Organizational and economic psychology is an important field of academic and applied psychology not only in Ukraine but also worldwide. Psychological factors are crucial in improving performance of both individual workers, organizations and society in general. Therefore, the new edition of Organizational Psychology. Economic Psychology is an important step to promote and develop organizational and economic psychology in Ukraine, as well as to strengthen cooperation between researchers, academics and practitioners and to help introduce scientific developments in practice.
The mission of the journal is to make public the results of research conducted in the field of organizational and economic psychology.
The journal aims to:
1) present new findings made by Ukrainian and foreign authors in the field of organizational and economic psychology;
2) promote openness and accessibility in the coverage of research findings on organizational and economic psychology obtained by the leading scientists, post-graduate and doctoral students as well as other researchers;
3) maintain psychologists' interest in new research findings obtained by their colleagues in Ukraine and abroad.
The journal publishes articles related to: organizational psychology, economic psychology, management psychology, work psychology, engineering psychology, social psychology of organizations, etc.
